Inception
We started operations in the year 1988.
The success of any unit depends first and foremost on the quality of the product. Realising this we setup production facilities for 100% cotton powerloom fabrics to ensure that each meter of fabric manufactured lives upto consumer expectation with respect to both quality and design.
With almost 650 looms permanently producing handmade 100% cotton fabric which is not only soft but has unique quality of roughlook which is very much appreciated in the world all over.
Perception
The company has achieved remarkable growth since its inception. In the very first year of operation the turnover was 1.5 crore followed by 5.5 crore and the last closing was 18 crores. The reason for such remarkable growth has been due to contineous and strignent quality control.
Utmost care is taken to select raw material. Vat & Procion dyes which is often considered to be the best dye is being used extensively to monitor fastness in colour and give a fair choice in colour shades. The fabric that we are manufacturing is totally Azo-free. And the yarn used is the best available that gives maximum softness.
The single minded obsession to maintain quality has led us to setup a sophisticated dyeing plant with Cabinet Deying to ensure superb quality of fabric. At present we have 12 cabinets and planning to add 8 more to dye the yarn and our present production capacity is 3500 kg. per day, that will enable us to weave around 30,000 meters per day. For yarn boiling and dyeing we are using the steam from the Boiler so that the yarn will absorb maximum dyes that will give the yarn more softness and shining. In our dyeing plant we have provided a Laboratory with modern equipments for testing the colour fastness of the yarn in the initial stage itself. By using the Rota Dyer we can match 16 colours at a time that will help to match the colours in the bulk production. This has been probably the reason for having a commendable list of clientele. The individual attention paid to the requirements of the customers has been result of its steady growth.
Guranteed Colour Fastness :- We can guarantee the colour fastness including in dark colours like Red, Navy, Green, Black, Royal Blue and Turq.
